Rental Terms & Conditions

These Rental Terms apply to all bounce house rentals, water slide rentals, and inflatable party equipment provided by BounceUp AZ Party Rentals LLC serving Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, and West Phoenix Arizona.

Payment & Deposit Policy

• Deposits are required to secure your rental date.
• Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event date.
• Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled at no charge, subject to availability.
• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable unless severe weather prevents safe setup.
• Final balance is due as agreed prior to or at delivery.

Weather & Safety Policy

• Inflatables must NOT be used in winds exceeding 15–20 mph.
• Units must not be operated during lightning, heavy rain, or severe weather.
• If unsafe weather develops, all riders must exit immediately and the blower must be turned off and unplugged.
• BounceUp AZ Party Rentals LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to severe weather, acts of God, government restrictions, road closures, or vehicle breakdown.

Setup Surface & Utility Responsibility

• Customer is responsible for confirming an appropriate setup surface (grass, concrete, dirt, artificial turf, etc.).
• Customer must ensure all underground utilities are properly identified and marked prior to setup.
• Company is not responsible for underground utility damage.
• Hard-surface anchoring may reduce stabilization effectiveness, and customer assumes associated risks.

Overnight & Extended Pickup Policy

• Blower must be unplugged when equipment is not in use.
• Next-day pickup routes typically begin around 9:00 AM.
• Equipment remains the customer’s responsibility until physically retrieved by company staff.

Water Units & Drainage

• Water units will be drained on-site prior to removal.
• Some cleaning may occur on-site.
• Minor grass or soil disturbance may occur due to drainage.

Liability & Indemnification

Inflatable use involves inherent risks including injury, paralysis, or death. By renting equipment, the customer agrees to supervise all participants and assumes responsibility for safe operation of the equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BounceUp AZ Party Rentals LLC from claims arising from delivery, setup, use, supervision, or return of rental equipment.

Final Agreement

A separate signed Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver is required at the time of booking. These published Terms & Conditions are provided for transparency and policy disclosure.
