Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use.

However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass or dirt only.

When placing your reservation, please keep this in mind as we are not currently able to secure the inflatables on other terrain such as cement, asphalt, rock.

When inquiring about a reservation it is important we understand the placement of your rental. Placement in front yards are not allowed when proper staking points are not available. 

Dirt or grass surfaces are required for proper staking to secure the inflatable to the ground to maintain a safe experience.

For insurance purposes this type of setup is not allowed.

 Please contact us to check our coverage areas. It is constantly changing, but as a rule of thumb if you are in the far southwest valley we should be able to reach you.

The starting point is the type of surface, which is mentioned above. Other than that, for backyards we require double gate access. Some single gates may be okay as well, but we would need a measurement on the width of the gate. Some access points are too narrow for our equipment to access.
