Bounce House Rental FAQs: Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?

It depends on the rental desired. Ask us about a particular until. At this time, all slides can be rented wet, and most can be rental for dry use. Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. This applies exclusively to our bounce houses at this time.

However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long).

Does the rental have to be set up on grass?

No, we are able to set up on just about all surface types.

When placing your reservation, please keep in mind that different equipment is required to secure inflatables on other terrain such as cement, asphalt, or rock.

Are front yard setups possible?

When inquiring about a reservation it is important that we understand the placement of your rental. Placement in front yards is allowed. Please book well in advance to guarantee availability of securement/weigh down equipment.

Can water slides be set up to land in our swimming pool?

For insurance purposes, this type of setup is not allowed.

Are overnight rentals possible?

Overnight rentals our currently not possible, but in some cases scheduling exceptions may require next morning pickups.

Can I book on this webpage?

Not at this time. Please book through us directly by contacting us via text, phone call, or email. If booking is urgent, contact our cell phone for the best results.

Do you deliver to my area?

Please contact us to check our coverage areas. Our delivery range is constantly changing, but as a rule of thumb, if you are in the far southwest valley we will be able to reach you without issue. Areas across the valley can also be reached with a delivery fee required based on mileage.

What is required of my yard to set up inflatables?

The starting point is the type of surface, which is mentioned above. For backyards, we require double gate access.

Some single gates may be acceptable, but we will need the gate width measurement. Some access points are too narrow for our equipment. If the access point and path to setup position is 2 ft wide, this will meet the min required space for access.

When considering a reservation, please communicate early and often so that we can reach a happy place together.
